Standard shipping is $40 AUD. Free shipping is available on all orders over $175 AUD.
UK
Standard shipping is $40 AUD. Free shipping is available on all orders over $150 AUD.
International
Flat rate $40 AUD standard shipping. Free shipping is available on all international orders over $200 AUD.
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Orders placed before 5pm AEST are processed the same business day. Most Australian metro deliveries arrive the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Deliveries occur during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. PYRA does not control or cover these fees and cannot guarantee international delivery timelines once parcels have left Australia.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, DPO, FPO addresses, or Russia.

Change of Mind (Full Price Items)
Full-price items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Returned items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags, packaging, and components included
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Refunds to the original payment method are provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Return Processing
All returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase. Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive confirmation via email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
